In-Person classes are held in Enfield, Co. Meath and surrounding areas in Meath & Kildare. Online classes are held via Zoom or through The Portal.

The Mother Within: Pregnancy & Birth Preparation Retreats and Events

Every pregnancy and every motherhood journey is unique. Each one changes you, physically, emotionally and mentally, often in ways you couldn’t have anticipated.

The Mother Within was created for exactly this moment.

A gentle, supportive space to step away from the noise: to relax, reconnect with your body, and begin to trust your own intuition and inner wisdom.

Yin Yoga

Rest & Restore: Embodied Yin is a slow, meditative practice focusing on long-held poses to gently target the deeper layers ourselves. Supports fascia health, nervous system care, and inner stillness. The Ultimate Stillness Practice offering space to slow down, soften, and reconnect.

Ideal if you are feeling overwhelmed, fatigued, anxious or in need of a pause.

Stretch & Recovery

Stretch incorporating therapy trigger balls.

Stretch & Recovery is a nourishing, low-impact class designed to release tension, improve mobility, and support recovery from daily life, stress, or other physical activity. Expect gentle stretching and mindful movement for muscles and fascia, as well as a deep rest for the body and mind.

Pregnancy Yoga

Radiant Mama is a supportive and grounding yoga practice for pregnancy, focused on strength, mobility, breath awareness, and relaxation. Classes are designed to support the changing body, prepare for birth, and offer space for connection and care during pregnancy.

Mum + Me is a gentle, restorative postnatal practice supporting recovery after birth, with space to rebuild strength, release tension, and reconnect with your body. Classes honour the realities of early motherhood with flexibility, compassion, and community.
