The Felt Ground: A Place To Return
A seasonal membership for women returning to the body
The Approach: Body First
Felt - as in sensed, experienced, it’s the knowing through the body rather than reasoned through the mind.
Ground - as in earth, your foundation, the place you return to when you have been rattled by the pace and demand of life.
Together - The Felt Ground is the body itself. The thing most of us have been living inside without actually paying too much attention to. It’s the place where tension resides before it becomes pain and where the nervous system speaks way before the mind catches up.
This is the membership for those that are ready to stop managing the body and instead start to listening to it. It’s a practice of returning, season by season, to the most honest and pure information available to them.
Pregnancy yoga is a gentle, adapted practice that supports strength, mobility, breath awareness, and relaxation throughout all stages of pregnancy. Classes are thoughtfully designed to respond to the physical and energetic changes that occur across each trimester.
Practices may include supportive postures, mindful movement, breathwork, and rest, with an emphasis on comfort and choice. Pregnancy yoga can help relieve common discomforts, reduce stress, and build confidence and trust in your body as it prepares for birth.
No prior yoga experience is needed, and modifications are always offered.
What The Felt Ground Is
What is Mum and Baby yoga?
Mum and Baby Yoga is also a postnatal support class offered a gentle reintroduction to movement after birth, honouring the need for rest, recovery, and gradual rebuilding. The focus is on reconnecting with the body, releasing tension, and supporting nervous system balance during early motherhood.
This is a class that makes room for your baby, recognising the value of integrating movement and self-care into daily life from the very beginning. Babies are welcome to be present, held, fed, or rested as needed. This is a space to be supported as you transition into this new chapter of your life.
“Anna is an amazing, nurturing teacher and it’s been so special to have a local group to go through pregnancy together and then get to watch our babies grow through their first year.”
