Returning Within: A Monthly New Moon Practice
Each gathering follows a familiar structure, allowing you to settle in, while the monthly theme brings something new to explore.
You can expect:
Functional mindful yoga to build awareness, strength and ease
Myofascial release to release tension in the body
Yin yoga to support deep rest and regulation
Breathwork to calm and reconnect the nervous system
Seasonal Ayurvedic wisdom for everyday wellbeing
Journalling and guided reflection
Tea, nourishment and time to simply be
It’s your time to listen to your body and to respond accordingly without the everyday noise and life pressures.
A monthly space to pause, move, and reconnect with your body through blended movement, functional yoga, somatics, nervous system care and seasonal living.
Held on the Sunday closest to the New Moon, these monthly three-hour practices offer a consistent moment in the month to pause, reset and reconnect, through movement, rest and reflection.
Rather than trying to change how you feel, we begin by understanding what’s already present in the body, and working from there. Suitable for everyone. Tea, Nourishing Snacks & Connection included.
Held in the gorgeous Red Roots Farm Retreat Centre, Killucan, Co. Westmeath
