About me
True well-being for me starts with being present and feeling connected to both body and mind. In a world that values performance over being, I found that yoga, somatic movement, and Ayurveda offer something more meaningful, a return to ourselves. By feeling and listening, these practices offer a path toward more awareness, balance and inner harmony.
Nature and the seasonal rhythm have always played a big part in my life. Growing up in Sweden and spiritual in ways I couldn’t always name, I often felt disconnected from my body. Despite my background in dance, I didn’t fit the mould of a traditional dancer, and I carried that disconnect for years. Yoga offered me something deeper than movement: a way to come home to myself.
Through the lens of feminine-form yoga and Ayurveda, I’ve found a way of living that honours softness, strength, rest and cyclical living. It’s a practice not just of how I move, but of how I live, at a slow(er) pace, spacious, and in tune with the seasons of both nature and womanhood.
When I’m not teaching, I’m often learning, reading, studying, and deep-diving into whatever sparks my curiosity. And when I’m not on the mat, you’ll find me outside with my family, soaking in life’s simple, sacred moments or in a hot yoga studio, alternatively in the gym lifting weights. My yin also needs its yang!
