The Body

Yoga, Nervous System Care, and Seasonal Ayurveda

Helping women live with more awareness and ease

Hej! I’m glad you are here.

My name is Anna and I work with women, mothers, and carers who want to feel more at home in their bodies, through functional yoga, somatic practice, and Ayurveda. Based in Meath, I run community classes, online sessions, and teacher trainings for those who want to go deeper.

Lagom is the art of balance, neither too much nor too little, but just enough to create harmony, well-being, and a life lived with intention

Ways To Work Together

Introduction to The Felt Ground: A Seasonal Practice for Women Returning to The Body

Minimalist logo with a mountain range, a sun, and the text 'The Felt Ground' and 'A Place to Return'.

The body is not a problem to be managed. It is the ground to return to. Everything else, clarity, steadiness, the ability to lead and to love without losing yourself , lives here first.

What the Felt Ground Is:

Felt - as in sensed, experienced, it’s the knowing through the body rather than reasoned through the mind.

Ground - as in earth, your foundation, the place you return to when you have been rattled by the pace and demand of life.

Together - The Felt Ground is the body itself. The thing most of us have been living inside without actually paying too much attention to. It’s the place where tension resides before it becomes pain and where the nervous system speaks way before the mind catches up.

Returning Within

A monthly New Moon practice designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body and support your nervous system through mindful movement, deep rest, nervous system care and seasonal living. Held in-person in Red Roots Farm Retreat Centre, Killucan, Co. Westmeath

Teacher Trainings & Further Education

Learn to understand the body before teaching it. Professional training for people that want to want to teach with greater confidence, clarity and understanding. Rooted in functional yoga, anatomy, and thoughtful teaching.

My approach

There’s no such thing as perfect balance.
We are always shifting and changing with the seasons, our cycles, our environment, and the demands of life.

Instead of chasing balance, I help women find harmony in that flow.
Rooted in the wisdom of yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda, and blended with Yin, Somatics and breath, my work supports you in tuning into your energy, building resilience, and moving with life, rather than against it.

This is about living well, feeling deeply, and adapting with grace.
