Pregnancy & Mum and Baby Yoga

Pre- and Postnatal Support

Pregnancy (prenatal) Yoga & Postnatal Support

Pregnancy yoga (also called prenatal yoga) offers a calm, supportive space to move, breathe, and rest during this deeply transformative time. Classes are designed to support the changing body while also tending to emotional wellbeing and nervous system care.

The practice emphasises awareness, comfort, and connection, helping you feel grounded, supported, and more at ease in your body as pregnancy progresses. Alongside physical support, pregnancy yoga offers space to feel held and empowered in your experience. The practice encourages self-trust, informed choice, and a deeper connection to your body during a time of constant change.

This is a space to slow down, tune in, and be met with care, wherever you are in your pregnancy journey.

What is pregnancy yoga?

Pregnancy yoga is a gentle, adapted practice that supports strength, mobility, breath awareness, and relaxation throughout all stages of pregnancy. Classes are thoughtfully designed to respond to the physical and energetic changes that occur across each trimester.

Practices may include supportive postures, mindful movement, breathwork, and rest, with an emphasis on comfort and choice. Pregnancy yoga can help relieve common discomforts, reduce stress, and build confidence and trust in your body as it prepares for birth.

No prior yoga experience is needed, and modifications are always offered.

What is Mum and Baby yoga?

Mum and Baby Yoga is also a postnatal support class offered a gentle reintroduction to movement after birth, honouring the need for rest, recovery, and gradual rebuilding. The focus is on reconnecting with the body, releasing tension, and supporting nervous system balance during early motherhood.

This is a class that makes room for your baby, recognising the value of integrating movement and self-care into daily life from the very beginning. Babies are welcome to be present, held, fed, or rested as needed. This is a space to be supported as you transition into this new chapter of your life.
