Rooted in Balance

The Art Of Lagom

Well-being is not a destination, it’s a never-ending journey. My approach is rooted in the Swedish concept of Lagom, not too much, not too little, just right. But it’s not something we achieve, it’s not an end goal. Lagom is something that we do. All of the time. The fine flow between Yin and Yang. This philosophy guides everything I offer, creating a space where you can explore movement, stillness, and nourishment in a way that feels truly aligned with your needs at that particular time.

An Inclusive & Empowering Approach

Every body and every mind is unique. That’s why my teaching is:

  • Purpose-Centered: Focused on functional, embodied movement that supports longevity, ease, and connection.

  • Person-Centered: Individually tailored to meet you where you are, whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening your practice.

My goal is to guide you toward greater presence, self-awareness, and confidence in your own body, so that you don’t just do yoga, but experience it in a way that works for you.

A Space to Feel Supported

Whether you’re navigating a life transition, seeking relief from stress, or simply longing for a deeper connection with yourself, I am here to support you. This is a practice for every body, every stage of life, and every path that you are on.

Are you ready to explore what balance feels like for you?

The soul speaks its truth only under quiet, inviting, and trustworthy conditions

The Foundations of My Work

A Life-Long Journey of Learning

My work encompasses three complementary traditions, ancient Tantra/Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga from the Daoist tradition and Somatics from Thomas Hanna, creating a movement practice that fosters strength, self-awareness and a deep connection to the body. This together with Divine Feminine Form of Ayurveda, I have created a holistic practice of well-being. A practice that is teaching us how to trust our own bodies and how to create balance through our own resources.

Yoga (Hatha/Tantra Tradition)

Rooted in the ancient teachings of Hatha and Tantra yoga, my practice emphasises breath, inner stillness and intentional movement. This approach integrates asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation to cultivate physical vitality, mental clarity, and inner resilience.

Yin Yoga (Daoist Tradition)

Drawing from the wisdom of Daoist philosophy, Yin Yoga offers a quiet, introspective practice that targets the deep connective tissues, joints, and fascia. Through long-held postures and mindful stillness, this practice enhances mobility, supports energetic flow, and nurtures a profound sense of presence. Yin complements the more active, dynamic styles of movements, thus creating a balance between effort and ease.

Somatics (Thomas Hanna Method)

Somatics is a gentle, yet powerful, practice that helps release tension and re-educate the nervous system through slow, intentional movements. Influenced by the work of Thomas Hanna, this approach allows the body to unlearn habitual patterns of stress and restriction, restoring fluidity and ease in movement. Somatics deepens self-awareness, making it a valuable tool for injury prevention, pain relief, and nervous system regulation.

Together, these three traditions form a complete movement style, one that empowers you to move with intention, feel at home in your body, and cultivate lasting well-being.

I am also trained and certified in Pre- and Post-Natal yoga, Mum & Baby classes, Yoga Nidra/iRest and meditation.

Over the years, I have guided a diverse range of students, from those seeking stress relief to athletes looking to enhance performance, as well as individuals with injuries or those who are on a path of self-discovery.

Ayurveda (The Sister Science ofYoga)

Also known as the “Science of Life”, Ayurveda offers personalised guidance for living in balance through seasonal routines and daily practices with a deep understanding of the mind-body connection. Rooted in nature and aligned with the flow of life, Ayurveda supports your well-being on and off the mat.
